FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

ACCOMMODATION

 Q: What types of accommodation are available?

A: We offer motel rooms with double, twin, and family options, as well as powered and unpowered sites in our caravan park. All motel rooms have ensuite bathrooms, and we offer pet-friendly rooms. The caravan park offers shared amenities for both powered and unpowered sites. 

Q: Do I need to book in advance?

A: While walk-ins are welcome (subject to availability), it’s best to book in advance for motel rooms. Caravan park site bookings are welcome in advance, but there is plenty of room to come on the day. Please give us a call on (08) 9039 3465, or book using the booking form on our accommodation page.

Q: Are pets allowed in the accommodation?

A: Yes, we have pet-friendly rooms and the caravan park is also pet-friendly. We request informing us at the time of booking if you’re bringing pets. We welcome pets in the beer garden on a lead, but kindly ask they don’t come into the shop. 

Q: Is the caravan park suitable for large vehicles?

A: Yes, our caravan park sites are drive through and can accommodate caravans, camper vans, and motorhomes, with ample space for larger setups.

DINING AND FOOD OPTIONS

Q: What kind of meals are available at the restaurant?

A: We have an all-day menu offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with daily specials. We also have a cabinet of homemade pastries, muffins, and other treats, fresh daily.

 

Q: Are vegetarian or vegan options available?

A: Yes, we offer vegetarian options, and our kitchen can accommodate vegan preferences as well. Please let us know any dietary requirements when ordering and we will do our best to accommodate.

 

Q: Can I get takeaway?

A: Yes, we offer a full takeaway menu, so you can grab a meal or snack to go. 

 

Q: Can you cater to dietary requirements?

A: We do our best to cater to dietary requirements, please ask what options are available when you order, or call if you would like more information.

FUEL AND FACILITIES

Q: What fuel types do you offer?

A: We provide diesel, unleaded petrol (ULP 91), and AdBlue. Our fuel station operates 24 hours a day for your convenience. There is an online payment terminal for after hours purchases. Please see our home page for current fuel prices.

 

Q: Are there facilities for truck drivers?

A: Yes, we offer large parking bays, free shower facilities and an all day menu to cater to truckies as best we can.

 

Q: Do you have shower facilities?

A: Yes, we have shower facilities available for both motel and caravan park guests. There are also public showers available.

Q: Do you have any fuel accounts or fuel cards? 

A: Yes, we accept Shell, Fleet and Motorpass fuel cards which are available during roadhouse hours. Our after-hours terminal accepts all major debit and credit cards. We also have IOR fuel facilities for IOR account holders, including bathrooms and showers for those with access tags.

NULLARBOR LINKS GOLF COURSE

Q: How can I play the Nullarbor Links?

A: You can get a stamp for your scorecard and purchase a souvenir from our roadhouse and try your swing at “The Watering Hole,” Mundrabilla’s hole on the world’s longest golf course.

 

Q: Do I need to bring my own golf clubs?

A: You can bring your own clubs or hire a set from the roadhouse.
